Birmingham-based CAVU makes C-Suite hire

CAVU is a social learning platform based in Birmingham that has appointed a new C Suite leader.

McCaul Baggett, Scrum Fellow and Agile expert, was named chief agility officer and co-founder of the company.

Chris Sims (CEO and co-founder of CAVU) said McCaul was an "industry pioneer in business agility and transformative" experience, which will enable the company to expand their offerings.

Sims said that McCaul’s expertise and commitment towards inclusivity would be invaluable to our efforts to create equality for all.

CAVU aims to provide career opportunities for all people around the world by embracing radical innovations in Agile education.

CAVU stands for Ceiling and Visibility Unlimited. Sims was inspired to create the company by a professional training industry he described as being fundamentally flawed, ineffective, and unaffordable for startups and small businesses. Its goal is to make high quality training more affordable and effective. The program is designed for both large companies and individuals who want to improve their skills.
