Federal prosecutors in court documents seeking to continue his detention said that the Massachusetts Air National Guardsman accused of taking and sharing highly classified Intelligence Documents might still have access sensitive material which could help foreign adversaries.
Airman First-Class Jack Teixeira has been in jail since his arrest on the first of this month. He 'had access and may still have it to a treasure trove of classified data that would be of enormous value to hostile nations that could offer safe harbor to him and try to facilitate his escape', said prosecutors late Wednesday.
