The four remaining attorneys decided that it was better to join Felhaber Larson than continue at Ravich Meyer after the two longtime partners, Paul Ravich and Joe Nauman, retired. Four attorneys and two assistants joined the 37 lawyers, three paralegals and 25 employees at Felhaber Larson.

According to a press release, Ravich Meyer specializes in business planning and organization, financial transactions and bankruptcy matters, mergers, acquisitions, real-estate, employment and management issues, and mergers and restructuring.
